How we use it

• To prepare quotes and contact you about them.
• To answer your questions, set appointments and service your policies.
• To send the text messages you agreed to (see below).
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Text messages

If you check the box on our form or otherwise agree, we'll send you customer care, account notification and marketing text messages, such as replies to your questions, appointment reminders, service updates and insurance quote follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

If you check the calling box on our quote form, we may call you at the number you gave us about your quote and other insurance offers, including calls made with automated technology or an AI or prerecorded voice. Agreeing to calls is not a condition of any purchase. Ask us to stop at any time, on a call or by reaching us.

Who we share it with

• Insurance companies we quote with, to get you the quotes and coverage you ask for.
• Service providers that help us run our agency, such as our phone, texting, email and customer-management software, who may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers.

We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
• Calls: ask us to stop calling you.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. This website is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
